Basehor PRIDE is a small group of dedicated community members focused on improving our community in Basehor, Kansas. Basehor PRIDE supports and runs a number of events in Basehor, including Dairy Days, July 4th fireworks, and a city wide cleanup. Our newest project is a Community Garden located in the Basehor City Park.
Our mission is to provide opportunities for civic organizations, businesses, and concerned citizens to work together to plan, develop, and build a better community. Basehor PRIDE was founded in 1994 by Chuck Wilderson with the help of the Kansas PRIDE organization.
